Sarah has been practising Osteopathy for 15 years. She completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy), followed by a Masters of Osteopathy and graduated from RMIT in 2011.
Before this time, Sarah completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and worked in rehabilitation as a physiotherapy assistant at a hospital. It was this interest and passion for health that led Sarah to Osteopathy. When she began learning about the holistic principles that Osteopathic care is based upon, she knew that this was the career path she was destined for. She believes in a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on treating the whole person rather than just their symptoms. Sarah loves being an Osteopath. Her objective is to find health in every patient and facilitate each patient’s body to reach their potential.
Sarah has a passion for treating a wide range of conditions and incorporates a variety of treatment techniques into her practice. She has a particular interest in Cranial Osteopathy, Biodynamics, BLT, and other gentle indirect treatment approaches.
Sarah has completed further professional development in cranial osteopathy, biodynamics, myofascial release and paediatrics. She will be furthering her study in biodynamics, paediatrics and orofacial myology in the year ahead.
In 2010, Sarah completed her Pilates instructor training, further strengthening her commitment to movement, rehabilitation, and patient wellbeing. Sarah enjoys empowering her patients through Osteopathic treatment, exercise prescription, and practical wellness advice to support long-term health outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah is a busy mother of three who enjoys staying active through Pilates, running, and regular gym training. She values spending quality time with family and friends and loves travelling whenever the opportunity arises.
